6:09 Very true. A bad air to fuel ratio from the pilot adjustment screw will cause issues at any throttle. My idle was fine, my mid range was fine, but my engine would bog at full throttle. I leaned out my my pilot screw and fixed the problem.

Had the carburettor completely disassembled to put it in the ultrasonic cleaner when I decided to watch YT on how to put it back together and freaked out when every one i watched said not to touch it ior they just avoided it. Thanks or this information and the the rest of the Keihin FCR series, it’s been an awesome reference for my Carb rebuild.

One thing I love about these videos, is they can explain the entire concepts using normal language and not sounding like he's talking done to us. It's awesome. Thank you guys!

Thanks for the info! Recently bought a 1978 Hondamatic that has an aftermarket carb and only gets about 60 miles to the tank before you need the reserve. The guy told me that I'd likely want to swap out the main jet from a 150 to something smaller. Thanks to you I now what that means and how it does and will affect the engine's performance. Time to get this bike to 50 years on the road!

I'm not intimidated. I already read a dozen of books. Just throw the words at me I will try to catch whatever I can. 👍

This video helped solidify my understanding of the circuit functions. I was struggling with other videos and diagrams and this video helped but it all together into a concise understanding. Thanks man! I'ma check out the site

well done Steve, I've seen many many videos to understand how it works in a carburetor, the logic and the use of each part. Some were good some were less, but none were as complete and clear as your video. Your team prepared it well, and you explained it as well. My mechanic takes care of my ATV and I only hunt, but I had to understand the hows and whys, and this video DID IT . thanks.

The venturi works when the air flow passes past the restriction, the sudden expansion causes a low pressure area that sucks up the fuel 🤘😘🤘

Thank you for this excellent information. What you have to say is very important to me. Why blend it with music? I need to hear and learn from every word you have to say. I am not board by this great video and don't need to be entertained.

Yeah, honestly grateful for this video. It was to the point, very clear, well explained. You just helped me solve 2 different problems on 2 different a.t.v's and I actually learned a lot. Thanks Steve and Rocky Mountain A.T.V
