REPAIRS:
constant coolant leak (leaks during winter)
both window regulator clips
driver's side door handle hinge
shifter cable bushing
transmission shifter bracket
rear trunk wiring loom
driver's side CV axle (?) current issue with ticking noise when turning - UPDATE: FALSE
side skirts peeling (forgot to mention in video)

UPDATE: CV axle bearing did not have any issue but the boot was starting to rip so a replacement was required anyway, but not to the extent of a full replacement... a re-grease & boot would have been enough. The ticking noise wasn't actually the CV axle, but rather the brake dust shield flicking on my rotors due to a really tight tolerance.

I own a 2012 essesse cabrio in irideso white, the previous owner had done the major repairs I'm just making it look new, and just got my underseat sub dead. Removed it and will be eventuall hooking it up with a proper sound system and screen when the time comes. You can't have more fun on the road than these, its just not possible. Love it.

I have a red 2013 Abarth Cabrio NA version. I used a trunk handle cover from 500 Madness. They sent me a matte carbon cover with a red 500 logo. I also bought the carbon-fibre spoiler (tail) on eBay. I think it looks great and fits pretty well.
Another interesting tune is an Abarth Punto Brembo 4-pot calliper with adapters and 312 ventilated brake discs. Bolt-on. All fits as it should. NA version goes with 280 front discs and 1-pot callipers.
I have several performance modifications, such as a big intercooler and a BMC intake. Plus, I'm preparing the car to install a TD04 turbocharger and increase the engine power.

Nice Abarth 🦂.... Keep it... You already fixed most of the parts ... I own a 2015 and just had the timing belt replacement... All stock.... And going to a new speakers and subwoofers soon... It's a good car if you take care of it , it takes care of your wallet.

I like that front lip, whats it called? that fitment looks super nice. I recently got an AAD shifter and i love it. I hope you find work soon, job market kinda sucks out there. Car looks great man, keep up the good work

I have a 2013 500 Abarth with 78k miles. I’ve replaced 2 driver side windows regulators, both door handles, driver locking mechanism, trunk locking mechanism, passenger seat cable, arm rest, starter, waste gate.. that is just the list of non maintenance repairs. I’ve added brembo rotors and pads, a bilstien b14 adjustable suspension, front and rear subframe braces. It’s a fun car, but would have been sturdier and more reliable if it was made of LEGO..

Nice car, I have a 2014 Abarth as a daily (European version with T-Jet engine). Engine is quite reliable, rest of the car not so much😂

mine has 211k km (roughly 131k miles). repairs so far: radiator leakage, battery died, door hinges replaced, blue&me system died, temperature sensor in mirror died, coolant leakage, waterpump leakage (replaced with timing belt), engine mounts needed to be replaced, rust on trunk under license plate, rear suspension and front control arm replaced.

still love tha car as a daily.
