💕😀xx I’m loving to see how your channel is regrowing. Lots of love 🥰

I made this today and my was not sticky, it was easy to work and so delicious. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve been grinding my own grain for over a year now. I’ve tried almost all the grains and EINKORN is my absolute favorite.  I literally crave this bread every single day.  I not only love the flavor, especially toasted, but the health benefits the longer. I eat it the more my body reacts..    I am, however, not a fan of the process, working with this difficult dough thus why I have landed on your video which has been extremely helpful.

Glad to see that you’re still trying to keep things going. Good for you. God bless X.

I love your videos Mary! You do an amazing job!

Looks great Mary

Just starting this milling my own Ancient grain journey so your videos are much appreciated!!❤

28°!? Nice! Loaf looks great ❤

Mary,
I am a 79 year old man, trying this recipe. Letting it rise right now. I think It'll turn out great per your instructions. I love your accent and quiet peaceful demeanor.

I will definitely try this - it looks wonderful!!

Einkorn is worth dealing with it’s stickiness just for the short time of working with it.
I mix the ingredients, let rest for 30 minutes, fold gently in the bowl, rest another hour then I turn the dough right into the well buttered loaf pan ( Magic Chef stone pan )
cover with clear shower cap and rise for anywhere from 4 to 6 hours then pop into a 425
degrees oven ( with a small
pan of water beside it ) for 35 to 40 minutes. My loaf was so good and it looked exactly like yours!😁👍❤️

Thank you.
