This is a great blog with excellent tips. I just can see so many people who can get wonderful counseling from this blog. It does not have to be Vicenza; the advise in this blog is super-universal- not just “army wife”; I am not a wife, I am husband, not in the Army, and not in Vicenza, not even in Italy. My niece just moved to Vicenza; I had a long chat with her yesterday. She was complaining of the COVID restrictions, obviously being under the new place stress. I asked her how is life there, and she did not have too much to say- she just moved there. So, I decided to research a bit to help her get emotionally more comfortable to the change, and stumbled upon this blog, which is great. I can say that everyone, everywhere can use Katie’s advise because it is mainly about our ATTITUDE, our way to see things around us, and enjoy what the opportunity is offering. Katie, thank you for your blog; I will definitely share it with my niece, who just moved to Vicenza and definitely can use some of your advise.
