Your knitted kitty looks amazing!! I appreciate that you shared about all the fiddly/difficult bits. As a viewer, it's easy to imagine it all went easily and perfectly since we're seeing just the finished project. It's admirable how many projects you've made from your craft books!!

That white shirt really suits you. It is beautifully made. You could wear it with a black sweater and the collar suits you. The black fabric was perfect. My favorite is the black cat. What a cute cat and so well done. I remember that book! Gee I've followed for a long time. It has been fun and thanks for sharing your makes with us. If I start sewing again it will be very simple at first.

I really like how your Donny turned out. You are right that the multiple layers show off the details and add plenty of interest to a plain top. It will be cool and breezy with wide leg pants or a skirt in summer. The Elbe top is really cute. I prefer to make what I call elevated basics when I make a T-shirt. This would definitely fit the bill. Kitty is adorable and it's nice to see your kids still appreciate your talents. I look forward to seeing your next versions of cats and tops 😊.

Hi Cath, you look so well, your skin glowing! I must agree with all your comments about the Donny shirt. Mine turned out well but I used a cotton poplin which was too heavy. Yours looks great with the softness of the viscose and linen. I will make it again and will try a different fabric. I wonder if it would work with Tana Lawn, your blouse is beautiful and Liberty is timeless. Your daughter is so like you! Neither of my children look like me! Looking forward to all your lovely makes in the future. I think the care you take is so essential ❤️

I have a seersucker in the pink and white striped fabric to that I am holding onto. I saw it in a long sleeve top while back and it was really cute!

The kitten you knit is so cute. I can imagine that it would be difficult to knit up. I have a smaller floppy kitten pattern that I got to make up for each of my 3 grandchildren, but the yarn is lighter coloured, so hopefully they won't be too difficult to knit up.

Thank you Cath for a great video. I really like the Elbe Textiles pattern. I agree the Donny can be a bit tricky around the placket. I have recently made the Patina Blouse in a lovely pink and white stripe cotton fabric. It looks really good. Thank you.

Hoi, Like the things you make. So I'm happy that you are back on YouTube. The stripped fabric (pink) I think that is would be beautiful in the new Atellier Jupe pattern (blouse) Phoebe. It has interesting detail in the front so one can play with the strips. I do not known if it is available in Great Britian already. It is an Belgian company and I happen to live there. That is why my English is not so good

I think your pink and white fabric would be amazing as the Rivi shirt from Chalk & Notch! I love the different stripe directions on that shirt. 1.5m might be juussssttt enough if it's extra wide fabric and you fabric tetris 😅
