"Be Patient, and be Aware !". Samadhi is not something that you ask for or demand for. It just happens naturally. You cannot demand a mango tree to give you mango whenever you want it. It gives you when its ready and you are ready to receive it. Enjoy life and meditation equally and unconditionally.

P.S I've never had the experience of samadhi. My inner voice wanted me to write this.

In some videos sadhguru makes you fly high and feel hopeful about the future and makes you feel you are on the right way, in others he just slams you on the ground and says you aren't going anywhere and you're doing everything wrong.
