Wish Bone: am I a joke to you?

I've personally always considered Isaac to be twice as difficult as Blue Baby. Especially considering the possibility of getting more items in the Chest.

I was wondering if Maggie's Faith + Demon's Tail would become a problem, sadly it did not. Also, unless you have pyromaniac, Ipecac + My Reflection is almost always awful.
