Bernardo Kastrup and Tom Campbell Exchange Views on The Nature of Reality and More

Tom Campbell

43,433 views

Bernardo Kastrup and Tom Campbell share their views on the nature of reality. While differing on some points, both of these brilliant men conclude that consciousness is at the root of reality. The logical process brought Bernardo, a philosopher, to this conclusion.

That same logical process, in addition to his consciousness exploration and experimentation, resulted in Tom's big theory of everything, My Big TOE, where all the "hard problems" of physics are explained, concluding that consciousness is at the root of reality. Campbell's physics experiments, now being conducted, will offer more evidence of consciousness being at the root of reality, and that we live in a virtual reality.

A dream come true. I've studied both of them and am delighted they have finally met up. Thanks to all for making this happen.

I'm glad I've been able to calm my self down enough over the years to be able to appreciate Tom at the level I do now.

So true, my virtual friend.

This is truly an epic interview. These guys need to get together and get Bernardo on the Binaural Beats! 🙏🏽

My two heroes thank you so much for getting them together 🌺

I would love it if these two brilliant men got together to show their lives work to each other and then came back . To see if their views had been changed.

This is the best Tom Campbell interview by far. We've been eating baby food for years, time to start eating meat. And let's be honest and admit that Tom really seemed to enjoy himself more than usual.

Such complex disputes can only be resolved by proving shared dreams or shared experiences of death.

That's mindblowing! We do need more Toms and Bernardos spreading this wisdom in as many languages as possible!

I am a musician... have been all of my life.... Here is how I would explain this reality, consciousness, and all of us through this simple metaphor.

Think of consciousness (the energy that we are) as a guitar amp.... and all of us as a differently tune guitar... all of us are different because we're all tuned differently just like our DNA is all different, but our cautiousness comes from the guitar amp because our guitar or avatar is plugged into the same guitar amp. In other words the guitar amp is the source of our consciousness and the guitar is the avatar. As time goes by our consciousness (the guitar amp) that is being played through the guitar or this avatar, learns how to play the game of life better overtime and experience... We are all here to have an experience while at the same time we are learning how to play the music of life.

Just wonderful. Wish there were time to go into even more depth. I have wanted to see Kastrup and Campbell together for a LONG time. Thank you for this! I have loved both theories for quite a while and they both have contributed in amazing ways to my own studies. I think both are on the right track to move us forward.I would add Donald Hoffman, Nasim Harramein and a few others to the mix as well. Anything that leads us away from the inane materialist reductionist paradigm that is contributing to the destruction of the planet and our civilization. We need to see a far bigger picture than we currently do.

Been doing out of bodies for eons and I am surprised every single time because Even out of body doesn’t mean out of mind and my experiences are ever so different each and every time. Mind is infinite

Such a great conversation! Not only in itself but to bring Tom Campbell's and Bernardo Kastrup's audiences together through this video is so exciting! Just another helpful step forward to that very paradigm shift you guys speak of here in this video. I can't wait for the results of your experiments currently being done at Universities to be released to the public! Should have a great impact on speeding up the time line on this paradigm shift. And Tom, if you see this... I'd love to get an update on the progress of the experiments and when you think they'll be completed and when the results will become available to the public.
Thank you!

Boy...am I looking forward to this! This requires me ensuring I make some proper space in my time, so I'll be definitely watching this when I can give it my full attention a little later. Just wanted to post a quick 'thanks', first off. Thank you for setting this discussion up

Hello, thank you, all!
T.O.E., Tom's Park, are such wonderful tools to understand reality, much appreciated it is my passion!
Enjoy your data stream; row, row, row your boat... life is but a dream.

I have gained massive insights in this combined effort from two giants who I have studied separately. Initially it for me, it was' I understand what they say ' but now it is, 'I know what they say, it has been hidden in plain sight all along!' ,the plainest of sights I might add!!!

@VitorSantos-ib5dn 3 years ago

For the first time I could understand Tom. His model seems better than Bernardo's now

@cdccoughlin3168 4 years ago

Excellent discussion. Tom always impresses....his intellect, his compassion, his insight.... giving us such an incredible opportunity to know why we are here and grow up! No words to say Thank You!

This was an epic discussion. A breath of fresh air to hear two great minds openly discussing and listening to each other without egoism and blind belief.

Thanks for putting this together a wish of mine come true. Deep NDE's frequently say that they experience knowing everything as a kind of remembering. In that state they have always known everthing.
