I love your frugal attitude. Some ppl just be out here living above their means for no reason. You will have a lot going on during school and your accommodations during school are a means to an end. Once you finish school and get you a good paying job -THEN you upgrade! Love ya and can’t wait to continue to follow your journey!❤

Yeah they have been acting up. It’s normally easier to rent in the winter. They be wanting to get rid of the units. But lately.. OMG!!

It's crazy! I'm from Chicago (born + raised) I stumbled across your channel last year because you were looking at ATL apartments and I was researching to move in May 2026. I'm now planning my move to Buckhead and you are coming back here!
BTW...Rent is OC in Chicago and they give you nothing!

Well wishes on all of your endeavors!  Looking forward to seeing your journey.

Chicago is such a beautiful city.  If it wasn't for the politics I would've moved there as well.  The taxes and lack of crime persecution is hurting the city.  For example, when I would go downtown 10 years ago it was BUSTLING ... now it's so much more dry.  But I think you'll like Chicago more than Atlanta ... especially if you want an active gay social life (Boystown > Midtown) .... Chicago has some amazing perks in many categories (not just gay)

How did it go? I'm hunting right now and it doesn't seem too bad, but it's also kinda hard at the same time.
