▪️Takaaki Umezawa
Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law, and holds an MBA from MIT. For over 25 years, he has supported companies in Japan and the US on the themes of strategy, innovation, marketing, organization, and urban development.
He also serves as the Chairman of CIC Japan and led the establishment of "CIC Tokyo," one of the largest urban innovation hubs in Japan. (Note: CIC - Cambridge Innovation Center - was established in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Boston in 1999. It is a pioneer in large-scale shared office and shared lab operators for startups.)
He is a member of the Cabinet Office's "Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters" and the Chairman of the Japan Tourism Agency's "Committee for the Study of Creating High Value-Added Inbound Tourism Destinations in Local Areas." He also serves on government committees related to Cool Japan and taxation. He is a specially appointed professor at Hitotsubashi ICS (Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy).
He presides over the "NEXTOKYO Project," proposing future visions and special zone concepts for Tokyo to industry and the government. His publications include "NEXTOKYO: To Transform Post-2020 Tokyo into the World's Most Brilliant City" (co-authored, Nikkei BP) and "The Ultimate Scenario Planning" (Toyo Keizai Inc.).
▪️Mikio Shishido
Graduated from the Department of Applied Physics and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo, and completed his graduate studies at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo. After working at IBM Japan, he participated in the founding period of Alue Co., Ltd., which handles corporate human resource development. He was in charge of establishing the instructor department for a wide range of corporate human resource development projects, from global human resource development for major companies to management training and training for young employees. After becoming independent, he served as a director of Innocentive Co., Ltd., and then established Kamakura Mindfulness Lab Co., Ltd., where he became the representative director. Currently, we are engaged in activities related to "organizational development and talent development for companies" and "planning and producing learning programs for individual potential development," based in Kamakura.

言語遮蔽効果みたいな型からはみ出た微妙な違和感とか例外的な要素を切り捨ててしまうような意味合いでもそうですし、言語処理よりもはるかに高速で膨大な無意識の処理能力を現代では大量の情報によって阻害されてしまっている
社会生活の中では表面的な意識活動から完全に解放されることは不可能ですけど、トップで活躍される人が禅や瞑想に行き着くのは、知ってか知らずか言語化したら劣化してしまう物事の膨大な情報を汲み取って整理するためなのかもしれません
