Hello, I'm Dwight, Assistant to the Regional Manager of the FBI Office in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Tonight, we'll be looking at cases involving some of the most hardened criminals who have ding-dong door ditched and then later the worst of the worst who have misfiled their taxes early before receiving all the necessary ancillary forms to make a complete and correct dossier of that year's full financial statement. Our office will stop at nothing between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, and days before holidays when we leave around 3 or 3:30PM to get an early start on traffic, to put these ne'er do wells where they belong.

I live in a state where they relocate many individuals who have been placed in witness protection. This is not always a secure protection to put them in, as 3 of those individuals have been taken & have passed away. Silent murders that exist only with the intent of removing these people. So, no matter how good or the quality of them being watched, monitored or cared for... The criminal with knowledge will find a way.

Jessica was murdered by police!,,,, so the fbi steps in. Horrifying how corrupt the local police were! The head of local police killed Jessica? Omg. Thank god they were able to solve this.

It's bad when you can't trust policemen anymore. When policemen break the law then there isn't any law.

Update: Capano, aged 61, was found dead in his jail cell at 12:34 p.m. on September 19, 2011, by an officer performing a routine security check at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center state prison in Smyrna, Delaware.[1][2] The medical examiner determined that Capano died of sudden cardiac arrest.

When the police is the gang, how can we win?

The best homicide investigator is at the head of the corruption in his department... That makes me think of what a profiler said about an old saying: if you look too much into the abyss the abyss looks back at you. His interpretation was that if you get too close into a criminal’s or murderer's mind, you could get lost and become what you are hunting.

I seriously doubt that the citizens of Puerto Rico can or should trust their police. It isn’t like that is the only example of corruption there. I was born and raised there.

Even the authorities get it wrong at times by recruiting terrorists into the force thats supposed to protect the general public, may be because they are under qualified for the job.
