The explorations of Utah continue!  This time we are going outside of our home base in Park City to explore the smaller towns and mountain-scapes of Heber City, Midway, and Provo.  Trust us, these are the day trips from Park City that you NEED to take.  Heber City and Midway are beautiful, quaint mountain towns with amazing views and some great local restaurants. And don't sleep on these small towns because we found some award-winning foods for you to try.  Judy's Donuts in Midway is a locally owned donut shop housed in a renovated, historic property that makes some tantalizing sweet treats.  Then there is the incredible local farm, Heber Valley Artisan Cheese, that makes some of the most creative cheeses we've ever tried, and they've won World Cheese Awards (yes, it's a thing).  This cheese shop is situated on an expansive farm underneath the mountains and has tons of cows to impress the little ones.  It's a must-stop.  We also found some wonderful family hikes, like Bridal Veil Falls, and too many amazing viewpoints to count.  The point is: Utah is beautiful so please do yourselves a favor and take some day trips outside of Park City to see what this beautiful state has to offer.  Let's go, y'all!
