Honey flowing  like waves !!

Respected Sir,

You have given a very great programme  touched my heart..

God bless you !!

When in my childhood in Coonoor ,

Sri Madurai Mani Sir,s music  with violinist  Sri  Govindaswami Naikar and Sri Murugaboopathy Sir,s

mridangam was wonderful.!

When Mani Sir,s very famous style singing was ' ivu ivu '

The same  came in the violinst,s wonderful fingers !!

Audience  clapped was unforgettable one. And many more happy  incidents in his singing  I heard

was still in my mind.

The very heart touching messages you have given. Wanted  to enjoy many more news  about him.

Thanks a lot.

Truly wonderful. So much to know about this great vidwan Shri. MMI. We used to dance while listening to his recordings in 70s.

Fantastic, thank you, thank you, thank you 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Excellent Vishnu. Clarity of speech, thoughts and devotion 💯%🎉

An Excellent analysis of MMI’s music , creativity, and the rapport he had with the accompaniments which made his concerts memorable

A truly erudite presentation. Great work and dedication - Vishnu ❤

For me the standout aspect of Vidwan Madurai Mani Iyer was the episode of Mahaperiyavah visiting his house without notice, where mahaperiyavah described him to be always swimming in divine ocean of music and ordered him to sing while he kept the talam.

Carnatic music is only about Bakthi bhavam which makes the other aspects such as shruthi layam swaram and harmonious combination of these a wholesome one. Without bakthibhavam sangeetham will be mere geetham lacking the san (true virtue of bakthi).
