How can someone be this sincere.? God bless you. I'm a Project Manager and I approve this video!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The real trick is by not viewing it as having no experience, but by taking your experience and past professional interactions and spinning them with the correct verbiage to apply to what position you want.  What he says and expands on is great and extremely relevant! This all is why you see so many former military NCO’s as Project Managers.

I will be starting my new job tomorrow as a Project Coordinator 🙏

This is the REALEST VIDEO EVER.
Not all this corny Starbucks and smiles and sunshine. That’s cute…but we need actual information!!!

As a certified project manager who is in the beginning of her project management career, i can categorically state that this is one of the best videos about the general idea of project management.

I have seen tons of videos on how to do this or that but after watching this video I know with certainty I am on the right track. Thank you!!

It's a great field. I've been in it for 16 years and there is never a dull moment. Always new challenges, always new opportunities to learn and grow.

I'm a beginner here
But after watching this, I have a better idea of what I want

After listening to this guy, i can only conclude that he is a GENIUS. What he has done is simply take a picture which is miles away and ZOOM (by underlining KEY WORDS and eliminating LIMITING BELIEFS) it to a distance that can be SEEN by anyone. This is basically a CHEAT CODE for anyone who applies this knowledge.

Looking at this video after being nominated as project manager reminds me of the family guy episode where Dr. Hartman watches the video before doing the surgery

It is the impostor syndrome for me... I've been an executive director for 6 years, running a non-profit organization, but I could not say I am a project manager, even though I am certainly an operations manager and have spearheaded several projects since before my current position. This video was great. Thank you

I am currently stuck at a place where I don't know where is what. I saw tons and tons of videos about how to this and that but this one pieced all of those information together like the last missing piece in a puzzle. I am very afraid and very nervous but I want to push myself forward into this career path. Thank you for your video. This is truly appreciated.

Construction Project Managers can have different responsibilities depending on what company they work for. Smaller companies will sometimes use you as the Project Manager and job Superintendent, among other non-project management duties, duties that at larger companies would be filled by separate individuals. In a situation like that, just having the ability to manage a project will not be enough. You will need actual hands-on experience in the type of construction that you're managing. But this will not always be the case, as I've seen companies fill the position of Project Manager with people who have different attributes other than construction experience. Some of these attributes being earned, while others they were just born with.

You're just a great teacher, your teaching is so understandable , easy to grab.

This is just amazing. I am so glad I found your page. I’ve been doubting myself as a PM but after listening to you I figured out PM is what I have been doing all through my legal career, at church, with my friends and family. I couldn’t be more proud to use the title Project Manager after this video. God bless you.😁

I've done random YouTube research about PM, curiously learning them; but I believe this video should have been on top of my must-watch introductory videos. Simply practical and realistic. Well done and many thanks, Elvis!

This really helped me view my life differently

Your video just changed my life✌️thank you❤

You're a blessing and I'm so glad I found your videos. Thank you so much for sharing...

I wish I could like this video a million times. It is by far the most explicit video on becoming a Project Manager that I have found on YouTube.
