Seeing you do these repairs reminds me of myself in my 20s , When I use to do mobile welding . Back then it was Ford Escorts , Sierras etc . Cills and floor pan repairs etc .

Your probably right about the body Panels being lhd - I’ve recently had some side bars which didn’t fit I worked out they were for a lhd because in Europe the sliding door is on the opposite side

Body filler - you lucky lucky barsteward.....   I had expanding foam and a live wasp nest in my previously 'repaired' sills.

With a lot of the van sill panels are only made in singles and they are all sliding door sill panels

If you don't mind me asking how much would you charge for a job like this??

These T4s are rubbish compared to T3s when it comes to rust.
