I Don't Eat Sugar! Why Didn't I Make These Healthy Oatmeal Cookies SOONER?! No Flour, 15 Minutes!

These healthy oatmeal cookies are made with no flour and no refined sugar — just oats, nuts, seeds and a little butter. They bake in 15 minutes, and a quick dip in melted chocolate turns them into a treat you can enjoy every day without the guilt.

📝 Ingredients:
Oats – 2 cups (200 g)
Almonds – 1/3 cup (40 g)
Chia seeds – 1 tsp (5 g)
Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp (15 g)
Sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp (15 g)
Dried cranberries – 1/4 cup (30 g)
Cinnamon – 1 tsp (2.6 g)
Baking soda – 1 tsp (6 g)
Egg – 1 large
Water – 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Melted butter – 2 tbsp (30 g)
Chocolate – 1 bar (3.5 oz / 100 g) or chocolate chips
Honey – to taste (optional)

📝 Step by step:
1. Blend the oats in a blender until they turn into flour.
2. Add almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix.
3. Whisk the egg with water until smooth, then add it to the oat mix together with the melted butter.
4. Mix into a dough and roll it out on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
5. Cut out cookies with a drinking glass. Gather the scraps, reroll and keep cutting until all the dough is used.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip each cookie, fully or halfway.
8. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets.

🍵 Tea: a slice of orange, dried mint leaves and 1 tbsp (15 ml) of jam.

🔥 Temperature: 180°C (350°F)
