These Grilled Cheese Chili Dogs are the upgrade everyone asked for.

After I made the viral Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs are INSANE | Weber... the comments rolled in: “Put chili on it.”

So yeah, here we are.

In this video, I walk you through my go-to hot dog chili recipe from scratch, then show you how to build these crispy, cheesy grilled cheese dogs, and finally bring it all together into one ridiculously over-the-top bite. This chili is smooth, beefy, and made specifically for hot dogs: no beans, no distractions, just flavor.

If you’re into messy food, comfort classics, and recipes that absolutely do not apologize, this one’s for you.
