I saw Jon Anderson and The Band Geeks last April 19th. Not only does Jon Anderson look great at 80 years young, but his voice is still as strong and angelic as it is in this video.

A wonderous song by Yes . . masters of prog rock . . Steve Howe was playing a Portuguese 12 string guitar.

@markhoward2811 8 months ago

guitarist Steve Howe's sister bought it for him as a 'Portuguese 12 String' but in his book of guitars, after researching its history, he later realized it was a Spanish Laud, which looks similar and has a similar sound.

From teen to pensioner it’s been with me a long time I’ve always had a soft spot for this track ❤️

I seen them live 3 times in the 70's and they put on great shows and this song is fantastic!

I grew up a huge fan of Yes and saw them perform live twice. There's is a unique sound that often takes you into a musical dream world. And Jon Anderson's voice is one of a kind!

Before I saw Yes live, I had real doubts that they could play this stuff well, live. I was pleasantly proved wrong. You should watch some of the Yes music you have already listened to from their studio albums. They are great live!

It is a beautiful song, lyrically and musically.

The thing I enjoy the most is they made their own word for the song.

Wonderous is not a word. Rhythmically it blends so smoothly, but the word is actually wondrous.

I love Yes, and have seen them many times, starting in the 70s. They have more complex and amazing tracks - the entirety of Close to the Edge comes to mind - but none that can put a smile on my face like this one. There is something about it that is just so uplifting.
