they say mexico was meant to be in the game but as you people may know, RDR2 was massively overbudget, so i think things like the giant cave, the prison, the mine in new austin and mexico were actually cut content as result of there being no money to finish them

basically RDR2 was supposed to be the GTA 6 of its franchise, meant to be absolutely enormous, they say that john marston actually had to have far more content, where john marston after arthur died was also supposed to go to mexico and such as with him you have access to the areas beyond blackwater.

Actually The cave at new Austin is the cave from rdr 1, you can also get treasure there

Last Halloween the put the prison in the online zombie survival mode with all its glory and buildings so the didnt scrap that just yet.

Thanks for this, I tried getting in the Bronte mansion in the Epilogua. when I started shooting at the window, I immediately got a wanted level and all the guards started shooting at me. I didn't manage to get in at the first jump, and then you're f***ed because the horse with the milkwagon runs away because of all the shooting. But I found out you can actualy break the window with throwing knives without allerting anyone. The knives will just be lying on the floor inside, so you can collect them again too.

you can actually get inside the giants cave 100% legit. i did on ps4, all you need to do is that glitch where you go into first person and sprint uphill. while holding down on the camera, you also hold x and you can just walk right up the rock all then there’s a little gap where you can crouch into.
