Discover the 8th edition of Lake Como Design Festival (12–20 September 2026)!

This year’s theme is Border / Confine — not as a line that divides, but as a space of encounter, tension, and transformation. For the first time the festival expands beyond Como to include Lecco, creating a diffused itinerary of exhibitions, installations, talks, and experiences across historic villas, archives, and new venues around the lake.

Highlights include:

• Villa del Grumello - Future in the Past
• Villa Saporiti (first time open to the public for the festival) - Contemporary Design Selection — curated by Giovanna Massoni, featuring over 50 projects from ~30 countries
• The former Church of Santa Caterina - Fine Comune by Nomade
• CASABIANCA, a contemporary house museum La Casa di Cini Boeri
• Site-specific installations, studio visits, talks, and collaborations with local universities and cultural institutions

A unique celebration of contemporary design in dialogue with architecture, heritage, and the landscape of Lake Como.
