Alejandro Taranto is a renowned music producer and executive, musician, composer, arranger, manager, talent developer, and promoter within the rock world. His influence is evident in albums and projects that made history with bands such as Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, A.N.I.M.A.L., Infierno 18, Massacre, JAF, Dragonauta, Los Guarros, Soldadores, Dromedarium, and Nonpalidece, among many others, which achieved international acclaim.

He was the founder of América Rock Producciones Internacionales, with which he organized historic tours for artists such as Jerry Lee Lewis, Sepultura, L.A. Guns, Dee Dee Ramone, and Steve Hackett. In 1992, he created the independent label TommyGun Records, an emblem of the scene that released seminal works by Massacre and A.N.I.M.A.L. and the legendary “Radio Olmos Live” with Hermética, UK Subs, Pilsen, Attaque 77, Lethal, and more.

As an artistic director and executive producer, he worked for multinational labels such as CBS Columbia, RCA Victor, Sony Music, BMG, EMI Odeon, WEA Latino, and Warner Music International, earning Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum records, MTV Awards, and numerous international accolades.

He also collaborated in the studio with world-renowned artists such as Celia Cruz, Robert Trujillo (Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies), Lemmy Kilmister (Motörhead), Max Cavalera (Sepultura, Soulfly), Ronnie King (The Offspring), Christian Olde Wolbers (Fear Factory), Jimmy DeGrasso (Megadeth, Alice Cooper), Will Lee (Gary Moore), and Steve Ferrone (Eric Clapton, Duran Duran, Dire Straits), among others.
