Wicked is back in the water and ready to begin her interior refit! We've taken many lessons from our favorite YouTube Channels on the best way to tackle this project.
So let see if all our preparation pays off. Did we mention we are also moving onboard??

I did the same thing last year as you guys over in the BVI's with a Beneteau 45 ; )) its tough at times but it will be worth it.If you need a Genoa I have a spare one that was from a jeaneau 42 you can have for free, just needs posting from Germany. ; ))

Love what you are doing. Would like a little more detail of the work. Keep going. Think about the cool winds you will be sailing. Not the heat you are working in..

Where did you find your boat? I’m new to the US and am in the market for a discount sail boat

Some filming advice if I may.....keep your camera movements steady, use a tripod if possible, and if you are to pan left right, up down, do it as s-l-o-w as possible. Don't use the camera like you would your eyes, darting here, there, back again---it makes for very difficult viewing. Our eyes take time to zero in on what's on the screen, absorb it, see how it relates. If you swish about, it's uncomfortable to watch and we can't make out whai's being shown anyway.
Also, if you are using your phone for videos, use it in landscape mode to fill the entire screen.
Phones have tiny mikes to pick up sound from an inch away. If you or someone you're videoing is talking from a distance, you need a separate mike attached to your body.
But for the time being please...steady, steady shots. Let the viewer's eyes move around the screen shot....not the camera's lens.
