I suspect the reason behind many of the omissions is to leave space and opportunity for the player to add more rides and stalls.

I would love to see videos of someone going through and upgrade all of the real parks to how they look today.

It's cool seeing how Chris Sawyer tried his best to recreate this park with the limitations of the game

I am still waiting for the day Walibi actually adds an easier path to Goliath to help my pathfinding.

i always thought the missing rides were so you could finish the park yourself

It was always super fun playing the "real parks" in RCT, it was much more surreal once I finally visited them!

What's weird is the American Six Flags scenarios explicitly say in their descriptions that there are rides missing, but the Belgium and Holland ones don't. As a kid i realized that the missing ones in the American parks were mostly DC characters, and i figured the European parks just didn't have any DC-themed rides because they didn't know who those characters were over there.

OpenRCT2 should definitely add game stalls. Most real parks have them. I'm imagining essentially a stall that gets stats like a ride and has a random chance of giving a souvenir, along with the effects on mood from riding a ride. Guests who win get an extra happiness boost.

I guess we have different standards for “Massive Parking Lots”, that one looks very small for a theme park to me 😂

I wonder if you could make the park even MORE accurate to OpenRCT2? There are many new features and custom ride types it should be possible

It's interesting to see the actual comparisons for these. Maybe you can do a video updating them to their current layouts

You should do more of these, it's interesting to figure out why RCT2 left out so many rides in the real parks.

Years ago (around 2011-2012), I made my own recreation of Six Flags Magic Mountain with the present-day collection of rides and attractions that I still update to this day.

As someone who's never been to Europe or any Six Flags, these "real parks" are all honestly really cool. I got to know these parks and their rides through a video game back in 2005... actually sounds kinda crazy.
I think this is the first game I've played, if not one of the first games of all time, that attempted to recreate a real place.

i watched a lot of your videos last months and started playing again thanks for making these videos marcel top werk

You could have used this as opportunity to go to a theme park as a business expense and make an IRL vlog! :D

But such a researched video is great in itself as well, of course.

I actually visited that park around the time RCT2 came out, good memories. Thanks for giving these nostalgic feelings.

I'd love to see this become a series. My favourite in-game real park's Lightwater Valley (Katie's Dreamland) - rip Ultimate

Its kinda crazy how many flat rides the park had around the year 2000. Most of them aren't there anymore.

The Mad House was originally introduced in the early 90s and became pretty popular soon after. I'm surprised Chris Sawyer never put it in the game.

I played this scenario so many times, as I think most Dutchmen have too.
So good to see your own actual park in the game.
Also, I tried to re-create the 'Efteling' as thé most famous Dutch park
