We live in anarchic times. It is quite frankly disgusting that such actions as attacking police officers and acts of arson are allowed. I do think that those who vandalise property and put lives at risk should be closely tracked and finned with money to pay for costs. We,the tax payers should not subsidise bad behaviours.
