Distract 10 Enemies with a radio in the world.
Lured Off Track
Distract 20 Enemies with a bottle.

Successfully distract an enemy by setting off a car alarm.
Reject The Help
After meeting Richard, do not use a phone to save the game.
Resourceful
Unlock all resource containers.
Save It For The Patients
During the missions “Rounds” and “The Patient”, don’t use any healing items.

I am always a little sad when people want more combat and less stealth in games because i actually love games that want you to avoid combat, especially in horror because hiding from enemies simultaneously makes it more scary but also makes you feel kind of safe in a way, in my opinion at least. But i understand that previous Silent Hill games were just very different in that respect and the stealth, especially with the weight, is kind of balanced a little badly.
But anyway, respect because i would have NEVER even attempted to do 100% here😂
