They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Response:

We will remember them
Lest we forget 🫡🇦🇺🇳🇿

As we all stand united and bow in rememberance and respect, lets look around,  actually see their legacy and honour it. Be good, kind and grateful Aussies today guys. Enjoy the life we have because of them, our wonderful ANZACs. Have a memorable ANZAC day my fellow Aussies ❤ 🇦🇺🇳🇿

Turning “Imagine” into soul - dear Mr Lennon would have loved it. 💕

Guys it's ANZAC DAY today. (Australia and New Zealand Army Corps). Today we remember our veterans past and present. Lest we forget.🇦🇺🇳🇿

Ray's  ear piece was not working, thats why John was close to him. Good job. Love Ray❤❤❤

This would have been right up there with John’s treasured moments. 💕

Give the man a phone book to sing.

Ray really loved John’s voice. We say across the pond when travelling between Australia and New Zealand 😊

this is how the song would of sounded if it came straight out of New Orleans with that very bluesy elements

John was in awe of Ray Charles❤

Farnsey’s probably the most versatile singer on the planet.  He can sing any genre and his concerts were epic.  You see him belt it out and sound very gritty as in ‘Help’ or ‘Long way to the top’ and then switch to opera like when he sings ‘Granada’ with Anthony Warlow at The Main Event concert, or sings a beautiful ballad like ‘Burn for you.❤

I've seen John live 17 times, including this performance. I hope you guys understand just how much this man means to us Aussies?. He is so much more than an entertainer to us, he has been a part of our lives since most of us were born. My Nanna took me to see my 1st Farnsey concert, and we would dance up n down the hallway to John on a Saturday morning, when I was a 3/4yr old, now I'm the 60yr old grandmother, who dances to John in the kitchen with my own grandkids. John is in our hearts and Aussie souls, he is family and represents home ❤. Thanks guy's for your reactions to our GOAT, we Aussies luv ya for it ❤

I agree, this was a great performance, but the original "Imagine" is one of my favourite songs

Fun fact fellas, Joe Creighton is actually up there on stage performing as one of the backup singers during this song.  Love Farnsey Friday!  Thanks for your reaction.

This was the opening of the casino, and john compared the whole show as well as being in it.

Yes, it was John Farnham and Anthony Warlow singing Grenada

Good morning gents.
Up early for ANZAC dawn service.
What better way to start the day than with a bit of Farnsey and Ray 👍

Having not read through all of the comments not sure if you realise that Joe Creighton was the backup singer on the right hand side of the three backup singers in the background. He was John‘s bass player for many many years in concerts. 🇦🇺💚

“Across the pond” is a pommy (British) saying. 💕

John can sing in over 20 Genres ! Another famous performer who absolutely adores John Farnham, and who has sung with him at one of her concerts, is the fabulous Celine Dion.
It is ANZAC Day here in Australia now on Saturday the 25th of April. It's similar to the USA Memorial Day.  ANZAC Day is a big deal in Oz, commemorated everywhere around the country. There is a  popular song about war. It is, ' A Walk In The Green Light,' aka 'I Was Only Nineteen,' by a band named Redgum. If you react to it , choose the video with film of the Aussie troops in Vietnam.
The song's message in, 'Imagine,' is much needed in the world today ! Let there be peace and love and goodwill !

To you ,and all those who enjoy this sort of music.....  lets be old and dum together.
