🔎A court in Ceuta requests police reports to investigate whether NGOs distributed explosives to migrants.

In this video, I'll tell you that Section 6 of the Ceuta Court of First Instance has ordered several investigative steps to determine whether some of the humanitarian aid organizations deployed in Ceuta distributed homemade explosive devices to undocumented migrants to incite them to fight against Spanish military authorities.

The court accepted a complaint filed by the Hazte Oír (Make Yourself Heard) association regarding the repeated ambushes suffered by Spanish military and police personnel at the hands of migrants residing in Ceuta after the invasion from Moroccan soil. In its order accepting the complaint, the court asked the Public Prosecutor's Office whether it should investigate the matter and what steps it should take to investigate the case.

In a new court order obtained by Libertad Digital, Judge María de la Luz Lozano has ordered "that an official letter be sent to the Ceuta Police Headquarters requesting, within ten days, copies of the police reports, minutes, technical analyses, and other existing background information related to the events described in the first, third, and fifth procedural steps of the complaint, including any available recordings corresponding to the arrests mentioned in the fifth step."
