“Hey Rick, I just wanted to say I’ve been subscribed for 7 years now. I really appreciate everything you’ve done, and I genuinely love your abandoned videos—they’re my favorite. Thank you for making them and keeping the channel going!” Such an amazing creator and crazy how one video got me hooked onto this kind of content

I’ve followed Joshua for more than a decade, but I have to say… you’ve truly become my favorite channel. You have everything, funny, informative, history, and that amazing 80’s vibe. On top of that, you come across as so respectful and humble. When I saw Joshua  with you, I instantly knew you were the real deal.

My two favorite abandon YouTube people together 😊 love it!

Love watching your videos. Your voice is so soothing and these videos help me relax when I feel stressed. Please keep them coming!! ❤

Rick, I appreciate you being you. Your fun little quirks keep things interesting and give us some insight into who you are too. Beautiful mansion but I agree! Inside doesn't match the outside. It's a shame it's abandoned now, but we wouldn't have been able to see it otherwise!  The overgrowth and greenery make it extra nice to look at.

Hi Rick

I know what you mean about exploring abandoned places. I like exploring abandoned farm homes in my backyard.  (Most were abandoned during the civil war of CDG and Los Zeta's).
Last week while Driving through an abandoned hacienda ( had several houses ) While passing the horse stables, The stereo turned on by itself.

BTW:  1982 I was sophomore in high school

Thank u Rick for what u do so some of us Lazy people can see some urban Exploration LoL if your ever in PA I would love to go explore a abandoned place with ya bro,Keep the Awesome vids coming and be safe out there brother

You are so correct about the inside not reflecting the outside. Probably why it never sold. The outside and pool, pond, acreage and those curved hall ways are incredible. The inside was a disappointment, but I appreciate you filming and sharing it.

This place must have been astonishing back in its day. Love these traditional old houses, hopefully it can be restored but likely not.

"Fish don't fall from the sky" You might do a search on that.

I have been binge watching your videos, I'm thankful I came across them. My depression has been bad lately and I find your videos interesting and they help lift my mood. Thank you for being here and keeping me going. ❤❤❤

You could have a small affordable house to look out of and know you did good as well.  They had a big house and lots of property,  and look at it now.

You look fine your dressed for the job to look into old homes.  Ranger Rick there is nothing wrong with the way you look or are dressed you look great

We back at it! Thank you for the explorations of these beautiful places!

What’s up Rick !! I stumbled upon one of your videos the other day and now my wife and I are hooked. We’ve been watching them non stop. Awesome content my friend.

Have you ever done a tour of any places in the Rhode Island area?
