How I wish this could be done in the shortest possible time

The most high journalist 🙌🏿❤️❤️❤️

Abdul Karim from Nima and living in New York and always feel excited listening to you

May the Lord continue to bless you Sadiq  Adams for your  kindof journalism .Very honest, bold and frank in all his reportage. How l wish we had only ten of his kind in the country.

You always speak our mind .but they will fight you .the real estate gurus won’t be happy 😂

This is national alarming. JDM for the people. We trust you can do this

I can listen 👂to you the whole day because you speak facts and intelligence😊😊❤❤❤

The leaders  don't have vision.. only care about themselves.. black leadership

It's not just the rent cost. The quality of the houses is shit too. In 2026 we still have houses where only one toilet, 1 pipe is shared by 20 plus households

Nima is the perfect place to be demolished and rebuilt into high rise buildings. It’s in the middle of town and it will reduce traffic in town.

Our govt lacks conviction and the leaders are not bold enough to take effective decisions

Obama and Kevin Taylor are the game changers in our media today! Thanks for your daily wise council to our shallow minded politicians!

You the best journalist in Ghana
God bless u

The best Journalist of our time.🎉🎉🎉🎉

God bless you  continue to open you mind

It's long overdue. I am 54 years old.public servant you can imagine my salary.

Very soon in Ghana, aside the 'viewing fee" they will start asking for 'agent walking fee'. Lol

The problem is one person is going to buy 10 flats while the poor won’t even have the chance of buying just 1, there should be a law that no one get more than one!!!!

Our governments have failed us. If taxes were used this way the unnecessary greed from landlords and agents won’t be a problem

The reality is that most of these solutions are not even new to us oo...
For most of our issues, our forebears foresaw and professed future plans and solutions, which if we had intentionally pursued together as national development schemes, we wouldn't have been here today.
But of course, the NDC / NPP duopoly has over the past 3 decades deprived us of any intentional long-term national development.
