Watched a couple of vids now. Very enlightening!!!   Thanks!👌

Very helpful! It was you who gave me the idea to upgrade my indicators to LED ones.

Last bit about the parcel shelf....brill!!!!

LOL, i do a lot of fishing and when I go, i have to leave the parcel shelf at home. Not any more! the wife will love you for that! top bloke 👌

Unless I've missed something on my Qashqai, I hate how you can't open the boot from inside the car, mine doesn't seem to have a "Boot" switch to open it, I have to manually get out and go around the back of the car to open it, a feature u find very odd to be missing since even some of the super old cars all have a way of opening the boot from the driver's seat

The boot stuff and parcel shelf was all news to me 😁👍

I’ve never bought fragile bread but I’ll keep an eye for it 😊😊😊😊😊

Hi, your video on the Nissan Qashqai Tekna is very helpful 👍    I am trying to find out which engine oil i should be using for my 2015 model.  Nissan Qashqai 1 5L Tekna. Diesel

Thats really well thought out about the parcel shelf. And washer on the camera

Thanks to whoever was sitting in the car while you recorded the video 😊

I never knew the boot shelves could be kept slotted in the bottom section, previous owner took them out and never used them, but me being a new owner im learning all these useful things from your videos!

Thanks Dan, was about to strip down access to the boot lock mechanism, as it was showing unlocked on the dash ,but was closed. But a fiddle with the boot button has sorted it out. Cheers

Hi! Great video, thanks a million for uploading!

I recently bought my first car, a 2018 Nissan Qashqai 1.2 DiG-T N-Connecta 5dr manual in UK. The dealer serviced it before delivery. Now, I have some maintenance questions and will appreciate if you can please answer them:

Question 1. Engine oil:

Should I check the engline oil level monthly through dipstick and top it up to the max as soon as it's level drops even slightly?  (I'm new to car care and want to learn more. Please excuse if my questions sound silly 😃)

Question 2. Fluids:

Should I buy coolant and brake fluid and engine oil to keep at home and check levels regularly? If so, what brands do you recommend for my car?

Question 3. Servicing:

I was told by few that I should buy above mentioned fluids and air and oil filters at Euro Car Parts and hand them over to mechanic at the time of car servicing to save on costs. Is this a good idea?
Lastly should I specifically ask the mechanic to check and top up gearbox oil during servicing? (Please note that I don't know if my manual Qashqai needs gearbox/transmission oil).

Thanks!

I am about to take delivery of a 2015 petrol but the tips about the boot are very useful, thank you.

That shelf fitting under the 2 covers in the thrunk ... mind blowing! hehe you saved me a lot of fuzz!! when ever i removed it i either had it on the back seats or left it at home! Thanks man!

Excellent.  New convert to Qashqai from IX35 Brilliant videos and far easier than reading the handbook.
