"your pay will still be crap, but you get free orange juice"

Thank you! I'm 53 and finally able to pursue my lifelong dream of being a cocktail pianist!  You've put me on the true path.

My wife: "Is that Bob Ross for piano?" 😂

You're a funny guy, my stomach is hurting, got a lot out of the lesson and also my mood is much better! Thankyou...

I really like how Christian includes, at no extra charge, how to tell cocktail jokes as well.

"These two voicing bring you through most hotels" I love that....

After years, I have found my teacher.

Who cares about a million when you can play piano! 🤣🤣🤣 You are damn funny. Every second watching was worth it. I know when I can play cocktail well in the future, it will be because of you, if you can make a playlist for just cocktail.

“ Not the jazz you hate….” Christian, you are so right on. Cocktail piano can be beautiful, as you have shown.

I haven't watched one of Christian's videos for some time, I'd forgotten just how much he cheers me up. I don't learn any piano ,I just like watching his videos.

This is such a rare gem to be found in the desert of vague and lame "tutorials". Thank you and keep up! :)

Just in this one lesson, you have answered almost every question I have wondered how to play - and I am just shy of 70. I had no one to ever show me and I never knew anyone as talented as you are to hire. You play with such a deep feeling, that, many times, I would rather listen to one of your lessons than to play any of my extensive record collection. I can’t thank you enough for your gifts to me for they both console and uplift me time and again, German. BTW, often, your English is far better than mine and I am often chided by friends and acquaintances for using a five dollar word, when a fifty cent word would do
God bless you, Berliner - and thank you.

I would like to say that you have given the essential keys of jazz that every jazz piano player should know

Can you Please give us a entire series on Cocktail Piano style and technics as its of paramount importance for most of us. More videos PLEASE :) Thanks you Christian, you an absolute brilliant person to share such technique :)

Great sense of humor and teaching.

Lol vodka piano. You are so funny. I’m a new piano player most of these things go over my head so I was excited when I knew what c major was lol

I always thought of lounge or cocktail music as jazz softly played

These parts are simply beautiful. I had to go back to find them to tag them so I could learn them lol

Prob the best cocktail tutorial that I’ve seen yet. Bonus - you’re hilarious too :)
