For months I was told this place had the "tightest" security and was "impossible to get into. Everyone that tried was chased off by security before they could even get in, or arrested on site. For months other explorers kept telling me to go here, and that ill certainly get arrested.

But with a place this cool, I decided to try my luck...

Loudest jacket and footsteps while trying to stealthily explore an abandoned mall 😭

That poor vulture must have crawled in through an opening somewhere, and could never find his way back out. He either starved or slammed into the window until he died, never understanding why he couldn't reach the sky that was right in front of him.

You gotta have some serious balls breaking the “indoor voices only” rule on the playground, especially in this situation

I grew up 10 minutes away from here and drive past it at least once a week never would have thought I’d see a video exploring

Hello, former security guard for tri-county. tri-county mall is actually haunted as well, the old crazy city (grand entrance by the old BJs) and parking garage. Back in the 80s some girl committed suicide on the garage and she used to work in JCPenney before it closed and became grand entrance and crazy city and Bjs brew house. It wasnt uncommon to hear a girl crying in the dark of that mall and see shadows. Definitely one of the creepiest jobs I had. Also the reason for the food court closing is because people kept OD in the bathroom all the time.

5:15, those aren't cameras, they are Hochiki SPA-24B projected beam smoke detectors, they shoot an IR beam to a reflector, and if the beam is obscured by smoke, it sets off the fire alarm.

I grew up in the 80's and all these malls closing makes me so sad. I never imagined that malls would become a thing of the past back then.

Man, seeing those signs and the footage you got, channels like you gotta keep existing. You're preserving history no one would see otherwise. When the building is torn down, if someone can't get it recorded? That's it. It's never seen again. Thank you so much for the risk you take and the amazing work you do preserving these locations.

Also... there's an abandoned hospital over in New Castle, PA. I don't know if you've been there yet, but judging by the location the roof would give a view of the entire town. Gonna be torn down soon and I have no idea the state of the inside. Everyone's told me it's impossible to get in.
