Hi everyone! What grade (out of 10) would you give this video?

essentially she went "i wish none of this had ever happened" but in a way he didn't consider. Very poetic, the wishmaster tricked by his thoughtless fulfillment of a wish.

"Phenomenal cosmic power! Itty bitty living space."

Djin : "No moral weapon can defeat me"
Humans : Weaponizes time
Djin : "Wait a sec..."

To respond to all of the comments saying "why didn't he make Mickey Torelli high instead", the genie doesn't know who Mickey Torelli is or his relevance to him being set free. We know the genie isn't omniscient because he has to steal the protagonist's business card from a detective to know who set him free from the gem and where she lives. For all he knows, Mickey Torelli ran the protagonist's dog over two days ago while drunk. So he doesn't see a NEED to twist the wish, seeing as how his buddies will pop out and wreak havoc on her and the world anyways once he grants it.

I loved her line at the end "Wish you never met me" It shows a look in her eyes to say "You played with the wrong person"

When you haven't seen this movie in decades, and you didn't know it had Freddy Krueger and Ted Raimi in it.

Chuck Norris showed up and said, "I wish you knew everything about me." Wishmaster jumped into his crystal and hasn't been seen since.

After bragging that he knew everything and could go anywhere, a devil was defeated by being told to "Get lost!". (Old Twilight Zone episode)

That twist was awesome. She tricked him back into imprisoment with a paradox.

Wishing the Evil Genie was never free in the first place wish! Gets them every time.

Alexandra's final wish remains imo easily one of the smartest decisions ever made by a protagonist in a horror film.
It truly was a brilliant idea.

Djin's lamp: um boss i think she caused a time paradox we need to go.

" do you know how frustrating it is to have unlimited power but only be able to use it when some worm asks for something?"

I remember seeing this movie in theaters with my dad.He passed away a month ago. This clip made me think of him. You always liked this goofy movie, dad.

"Aright... he hadn't been drinking... but boy was he high as shit!"

"I wish Mickey Torelli hadn't been drinking on the job, 2 days ago."
Djinn: "Granted."
And thus Mickey Torelli, a carpet outlet worker in rural Ohio, stayed sober two days ago.
Djinn: "You should have been more specific which Mickey Torelli you were referring to 😈"

"Even de dark lord cannot scape from time"
- Some one in Castlevania.

I think one of my favorite genie/wish stories is the original Supergirl story. There have been a few different Supergirls, and the first couple were not Superman's cousin. The first one was an interesting story. Superman saved and freed a genie from servitude from some evil men. The genie was like, 'usually I won't grant wishes unless forced to, but you did me a solid, so have one on the house, what would you like. Name your wish.' and Superman was like, 'No thanks, you have a good one now.' and flew off.

Feeling oddly insulted, the genie followed and spied on Superman to see what kind of powerful, wealthy character wanting for nothing would so casually turn down a wish from a powerful genie. He learns that no, he isn't any of those things, he's selfless to a fault, down to earth and more to the point, lonely. Lois hated his guts at that particular moment and wasn't speaking to him, and he basically had no friends. Learning about his origins, the genie gets an idea.

The genie thinks, 'okay, if anyone deserves a wish...its definitely this guy, but he also will never ask for one. So, I'll just grant one that I know he'll like. The genie used his most powerful magic to make a female Kriptonian with all Superman's abilities, moral scruples and ideals. Plus she came out of the box madly in love with him. The genie made her and sicked her on the confused Superman.

Sadly, they had her die in battle some time later.

you can see he thinks "DONE!" And then instantly knew he fcked up lol. He didn't consider the request at all lol.
