The frustration in her voice really states she's had enough.

He admitted to doing this, ruined tires and he wants to know why he’s being arrested. What a loser a$$hole.

Bless her heart. I feel bad for her. She's just trying to run a business.

A grown man has to call his mother! Be a man and deal with your own actions!

Taylor Jay Braack, 44, pleaded guilty to second-degree malicious mischief during a change-of-plea hearing Friday in Kittitas County Superior Court.

The plea deal called for 12 months of probation, under the supervision of the Department of Corrections.

He ordered Braack not to possess or consume alcohol, and said the defendant must pay $2,578 in restitution to Motor Toys.

“Money shows sincerity toward making amends,” Herion said.

The judge also approved a no-contact order between Braack and his neighbors.

He went from "I'm calling my lawyer"  to "I Need to call my mother"  😆

With all the money he wasted on nails and screws he could have just built a fence!

He doesn’t know how easements work.
Dumping nails on it and admitting to it to a cop is just dumb.

What a pompous prat he is. 😮

I never cease to be amazed that ‘adults’ allow themselves to behave so childishly. Very embarrassing.

What a little weasel. Hope the woman gets justice.

When I saw that jerk sitting back up on the roof eavesdropping, that was all I needed to know about him.

A friend had something similar and she went and bought one of the magnetic roller things from harbor freight.  Saved her hundreds or more in tires. And she was able to save all the screws and nails for court in a 5 gallon bucket

"I've been here 25 years. I was throwing nails from my bicycle way before these people ever showed up."

What an absolute child! Name dropping a judge, talking about his dead grandpa's wishes, owning their shit "when I'm done". What a total jackass.

All this over some petty shiiit. Anyone would think they are reversing into his living room the way he's going on.

All they need is a magnet sweeper.... Hope they sue this guys' balls off.

His property doesn't go past the Power line/poles. He should have had a surveyor before taking the law into his own hands. Dummy!

This is how people end up pew pew’d.

Tires are so freakin expensive. That’s so sad. She’s just trying to run a business and he’s costing them so much money in materials and labor with his silly nonsense behavior.
