I join a team of specialists and engineers as they impressively assemble the blades of a wind turbine, transporting them to the top of a mountain using the innovative Blade Lifter system—a gigantic mobile crane that allows them to move large blades through seemingly impossible locations, including through intricate villages or dense forests traversed by winding roads. Thanks to the Iberdrola team and the transport company Laso, whom I thank for allowing me to experience and share this, I accompany them on the final and most challenging leg of the journey.
Want to know how the incredible Blade Lifter system works?
Want to understand what a eagle owl and a wind turbine have in common?
Would you like to know how a wind turbine is assembled and what its parts are?
This video is for you!
