your rotary slop is swing motor mount, gear mounted on the swing motor, loose ring gear
under the deck, or too much backlash between swing motor gear and ring gear.

What Mic is this?

That little fork only keeps the hydraulic swivel top from rotating and twisting up the hoses. They use this arrangement to allow minor misalignment of the swivel, this keeps a hydraulic swivel from binding and breaking, but still keeping the top half of the swivel from rotating.
