Another NEW SPACE MARINES Warhammer Battle Report. We bring the Black Templars using a core of Crusaders with some Dreadnought support. I am playing the Disruption disposition with my Realspace Raiders Detachment and my guest uses the Priority Assets Disposition.

Its been about a year since i seen someone able to push skari this much (last time was space wolf) very well done to the BT player !!

I found it is super important for the disruption to do the action in the centre, every time you do it, it reduces the potential primary for the opponent and allows you to control where the final token is going to be. If you had done the action T1 and then again T4 and 5 that is 10 extra primary you would have scored in the end

Great battle report, really liked hearing the insight on how to play certain deployments, great faction agnostic advice

Great Battlereport! Btw thank you for giving a die of yours to my friend at WTC, so he can give it to me! Thank you!

Great report as always!
Did you conclude about the precision/wound allocation query at the end?

@shimmonz8963 3 days ago

thanks for the Battle report as always, was very interesting watching disruption being played by you :)

I believe the precision rule lets the attacker PICK a character model to be first on the wound allocation. so you could have chosen which ever character you wanted to be first. (44:20)

Great BR, quick headsup, with the transhuman strategist its the same as the boss ability from the orcs which means you get the extra CP at the start of the Battleround, not in your Commandphase. :D

You should not be allowed to play Drukhari into Black Templars! :face-blue-smiling:

Why in last shoot balistus to talos was a wounds reduction ?

@Brian0033 3 days ago

I worry that RSR lacks punch, even with KC or SSA boosting things sometimes i feel like I'm just not doing enough damage in a world of c'tan and norns and 30 terminators. Has this been an issue for you?

Also did you think any more about using some Legends units for Drukhari? Id love to see how they played. Just for fun.

@Mangia_Mandragole 3 days ago

What do you think the new units for Drukhari will be when the codex get released theoretically 😅

Rooting for the power armor boys.

I have had drukhari for ages not knowing how to paint them. I am thinking of Ultramarine colours. That way GW might get confused and give me some new support 😎 would blue and gold look sweet?
