日本人が言葉を話す時、タメ口、敬語の2種類というよりは、１：タメ口、２：抑え気味の丁寧語、３：敬語、４：重めの敬語、と4段階くらいに分けて話してると思います。
そこでですが、日本語ネイティブの場合まず1から覚えて年齢と共に4のほうまで覚えていくという過程です。
そしてもっと言いたいのが、日本人の場合、基本的には年齢と共に(つまり歳を取るほど)１：タメ語を使うことが少なくなる、使うことを避けるようになるということです。(もちろん多少の個人差はありますが)。
外国人学習者の場合まず2とか3あたりを学習するのでしょうが、1の方向に向かおうとする傾向が見えます。
これは日本人が幼少期から大人になるにつれて1をやめていって2〜4に向かおうとする向きと真逆の現象だと思います。
この意識のズレが非常に問題だと思います。
日本人で大人になっても１：タメ語に固執したり、もしくはそこに向かおうとする人は非常に危険な人物かとんでもない馬鹿です。そのあたりの認識が学習者にはないように見えます。
