The worlds finished goods market is so competitive, the cheaper you make them the better their profits. wage/ salary costs are a heavy contributer in the manufacture of such good, thats why automation is replacing people in the manufacturing environment. Labour intensive industry will cause the price of the goods to rise drastically and thus the goods made will be internationally expensive and uncompetitive. Why do you think international companies setup manufacturing plants or ask the chinese to make their products in china because chinese labour is so cheap thus bringing the price down and increasing costs.

"Future of Jobs Summit" is an economic slaves Summit. Why focus on jobs rather than on a "Future of Local Owned Business Summit" for as locally owned businesses are developed jobs will follow those business development initiatives. A country hosting "Future of Jobs Summit" is a country planning to remain one of the world's largest labour camps and the politicians of that country the managers of the world's largest labour resources.
