1993 Christmas Catalog - Catalog ASMR

RelaxingASMR

Relax and maybe even drift off to sleep as I flip through an entire 1993 JCPenny Christmas catalog.

This is video number 536 of this channel.

This video was produced with relaxation in mind for both me and you, and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Too much stress is harmful to your well-being and in today’s fast-paced world, stress management is more important than ever, and so I hope this ASMR video acts as a stress reliever for those watching and a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time falling asleep.

I don´t know if you are supposed to just listen to these types of videos but I definitely watched the whole thing 😅and now I want to teleport myself back to the 90´s... I was a kid back then, the nostalgia is wild.

A double whammy of warm, rosy nostalgia from my childhood and ASMR. Top notch.

The fact the catalogue has been kept all this time. And in pristine condition..wow! Pre-web artefacts like these which are disposable, are gold now as you would have to go to a library archive or museum to see one. For me to reminisce, for others to understand the way things were (not so long ago)...

Bean bag chair!! I failed to stay fully awake tho. For me your vids are a sleep aid equivalent of a weighted blanket... But I'm also interested in the content, in fact your entire lifestyle and interests. I'm not a spring chicken any more...

Fascinating to see my childhood in a magazine. I was 7 or so. Beanbag chair! Almost didnt make until I saw the toys and they woke me up. I cant think of anything I wished i had but didnt get.

Beanbag chair!

I was born in ‘93 - it was cool to see all the new stuff that came out that year, and how everything has kind of evolved from 29 years ago haha!

After driving from Matthews, MO to Laredo TX ,,(997 miles) I needed a video like this to relax and sleep well... Thank you so much #RelaxingASMR

Sir, you have the most soothing voice that I know of, for sure. Thank you for all the naps.

Wait a minute. I married that $34 girl at 5:28 back in 1993. Okay well not exactly that girl, but close enough. Now I remember why! A lot of water under the bridge between then and now - but here we still are together after all that time, and now with a grandchild on the way! And wifey still looks good in pictures too! (Me - maybe not as much haha.)

I’ve been watching your channel since the polaroid land camera days, and I always get so happy and nostalgic hearing your stories in these videos, keep on being yourself, we will always be happy to see you post :)

I was born in '93 in Portugal and this is super interesting to watch! My teacher, back in the late 90s, used to dress like some of these models in the catalog!

Hello! I know this is going to sound a bit odd, but I just want to say that I’ve been enjoying your videos for years since you first started. Coincidently, this was right around the same time that I stopped speaking to my dad. In a weird way, I’ve always got “dad vibes” from your vibes and they’ve brought me a weird sense of comfort over the years. Keep being awesome and thank you for the amazing videos!
