Good game. Remember rift units can only activate their ability once per order activation regarding the Totenkorps.

The M15 Halftrack has a heavy auto cannon, not a light auto cannon, so it has really good range and decent penetration against light armor and armored infantry even at longer ranges.

Also, the HE templates from auto cannons don’t need to touch anymore. That was a change from Bolt Action 2nd edition to 3rd edition.

I don't think you're using the rift dice quite right with the Totenkorps, the rules specifically call out only being able to active their 'dead rising' ability once per turn regardless of if they have multiple rift dice.

I just had a game with 2 12 zombie squads. Bears took care of them (but not before one squad ate 2 Russian squads)

One thing you might want to trying leaning into with the US is a core of light walkers. Coyotes, Jackals, and in particular PondSkaters, which are opentop but have a HMG and MMG base for 75pts. For 100pts you can upgrade to a dual HMG with 6 shots, and they can be taken in squads. So for 300pts you can have a very mobile gun platform unit of 3 PondSkaters that puts out 18 HMG shots and 15 MMG shots a round. With a couple Coyotes at 90pts each with their own HMGs and MMGs or a Jackal with a flamethrower to bodyguard them from close combat units, it could at the very least make for some interesting gameplay. Just a thought.

I feel that the Americans maybe need to lean into their walkers more. They seam to carry alot more weight.

I think the new US female hero can exsaust rift dice from enemy units might work against the Totenkorps

I would have just avoided the zombies!  They aren't that fast, especially since you were going for the objectives.

Seems to me that the zombies are going to be a trap that players over commit into trying to kill.

You don't seem to use Guts, can't you use it to return dice to the bag so you can use a unit a second time in the same turn? Fun game either way.

I have watched 2 of these, and I have to say that I think that the axis is just waay to op.  With the army selection the US has, it seems that the zombies are just way to powerful.  When it takes half of your force the entire game to do essentially do nothing  but fight against them and do nothing (because of their rift ability).  I'm not sure that I'll pick this one up without some major rules overhaul, or maybe seeing a better force selection once some more reports come out.
