I Live in CDMX this is just a common "taquería" we are glad that tacos have exposure but there are a lot much better taquerías

A good analogy would be how Japanese people love simple sushi, just a great cut of fish on top of a bed of rice and that's it. Maybe a dab of wasabi or soy sauce.

Bro you need to come to china town in Mexicali, a real china town with Chinese history and culture. The city was built by Chinese and Mexicans on the border of Mexico and California.
