Farewell to an English acting legend - Terence Stamp

"So ennobling to be in her presence."  What a great thing to say about Julie Christie.

Brilliant to hear this interview from a fantastic actor.   I loved him in Far From The Madding Crowd.  Rest in Peace Terence Stamp.  You were wonderful.

One of the most profound and moving interviews with a film star I have ever seen. Quite astounding. He, Finch, Bates, Christie, Ransome: all just awesome.

Sorry it took his passing for me to find this video.  I can't imagine anyone but Terrance playing the part of Sgt.Troy.

RIP beautiful man. 🌹
Wonderful interview and he dresses so elegantly. Lovely guy.❤

So very sad to hear of Terence Stamps passing. He always struck me as a very kind and thoughtful man who brought a quiet intensity to his film roles.❤❤

Thanks Terence, we the cinema going public salute you.

i loved what Stamp said about how ennobling it was to know Julie Christie. Profound praise. So sad to hear of his passing. Great actor. RIP.

Hats off to one of the greats -- Rest in Power, Mr. Stamp!

Hes 100% right his 1967 version is the most memorable  ,
And truly a British classic.

The down to earth humility of the man is amazing and quite unexpected.

He is such a gorgeous chap, i could listen to his voice forever. Talented, interesting, charming, humble, just perfect.

He's right about the remake. They did their best, but nothing will ever better the 67 verrsion. It was so beautiful.

What a wonderful interview that was - sheer class and joy. What a star, as were his fellow actors in that moving masteroiece. Lovely to know that he and Julie meet up now and then.

He was incredibly beautiful in the film!❤

it's rare that a film does justice to a great book, but this one nailed it, one of my favourite films, 67 version.

He is so right about Julie. She had/has an astonishing and breathtaking screen presence.

"When films are at their best they bring out the best in the audience", in people.
Great art does that. Thank you, Terence Stamp!

This is my favourite film ever. Terence Stamp was perfect as Sergeant Troy.
