We have a German Shepherd that was abandoned on the side of the road back in the county no were near anything, the dog laid next to the stop sign for two weeks and then in a field for 4 weeks before anyone could approach him. He has been with us for 3 years now but still has serious attachment issues if one of us leaves the house, it is sad everyday he lays looking out the window waiting for my husband to come home.
I feel like this could be a great way to get members who only RP as CIV’s and haven’t had any LEO training to get their foot in the LEO side if they were interested. I know there’s probably people who have no interest in being LEO, but they could RP as a K-9 without having to be fully trained as an LEO. Just some food for thought.
I just watched this video. This game is awesome and I hope to be able to play it sometime. I am a K9 cop in Philadelphia and this is the coolest police gave I’ve seen. One thing I noticed is the dispatcher asked if your dog was a drug dog and the k9 officer was confused as if there are only drug dogs if it’s a police dog. We actually have explosive, narcotics and cadaver dogs
