Shout out to my friends Ed and Matt for helping me with this video! They're both huge fans of Rose Dragons and Junk Synchron respectively, so I figured they'd be great for these duels! The matchups were all really cool, and I hope you all enjoyed it. Let's get this video to 5,000  Likes for Team 5D's!

The Rose Dragon matchups aren't even fair. I get why they didn't add the new support since it just came out in Doom of Dimensions, but still. They did that deck dirty.

Ohhh next video. 4 way vs using the crimson king decks from a while ago, then a 2 v 2 duel also with crimson king

Glad to have the chance to Rev It Up! The synchron deck really needs more stuff in the extra but it only has 6 non tuners. Once you combo you're out of gas pretty quick

Omg a duel where there are many turns and where players talk to each other, thank you guys

I only see 3ds

Very glad to see Matt back 👊🏼

My personal thoughts on the Legendary 5D's Decks:

The Synchron Deck really wants to have at least one LV12 Dragon. I have a feeling if it wasn't a 1:1 to Power of Fellows it'd have Shooting Quasar at least. Besides that, it also really wants more copies of the new Junk Warrior support. Helps fix the too many tuners issue a bit.

Rose Dragons are horrible because they want you to buy the Doom of Dimensions support. If you have the support then it's great, if not then it's a bunch of really old cards that aren't even good for their time. No Gigaplant for funny Edison Lonefire Blossom combo. And I cannot figure out what they were cooking with 3 Ruddy Rose Witch and 1 Witch of the Black Rose. They're horrible with Rose Fairy but even worse without it.

Blackwings are Blackwings. Obviously it could be better but it's not bad at all. Definitely the best one, mostly because it's the only complete deck that isn't trying to sell other cards.

Ignoring the staples which are really what's actually selling these boxes, they're a decent way to get started on building good decks but Synchron/Rose Dragon are straight up incomplete.

I just got my very first job ever at Harris Teeter last Friday, you all.

A 5Ds Signers battle with everyone would be fire.

This was awesome though you guys should have added the Jack Structure deck played by Alec just so we can see why the Jack Structure is so damn annoying and probably more busted- BUT I AGREE, the Yusei deck isn't that impressive. Maybe if it got more Synchros like Quasar or Blazar or anything more than just have 10 extra deck. Same with the Aki deck just being so weak without the latest Rose support but it can lose probably worse... and Blackwing is just superior.

I remember when I used to follow your channel back when I was a younger, this product made come back to yugioh after many years and bumped into this vid today, glad to se you still doing yugi vids!

One thing I learned about these decks is that some of their effects are VERY convoluted for not that much of a payoff.

35:34 - Spooky Dogwood finally ends

Hey Paul and friends, just a little information for you from a 5D's fan. @30:35, a comment was made about Akiza not owning a motorcycle. She actually did have one, made by Yusei, Jack, and Crow, in order for her to get her Turbo Duel License. Episode 75, "Acceleration!" in English or "Aki Izayoi, Acceleration!" in the Original version. Enjoyed the video!

I freaking love Blackwings! Great video, as always

Power creep and modern Yugioh (where turns take 5 minutes to explain, and seemingly unlimited chains, unbreakable boards and onmi-negates) have stripped these archetypes of their innocence.

Yugioh is actually quite iconic for boss monsters clashing (if you don't negate everything immediately)!!

The product seems cool. As a yugiboomer and basically duel links exclusive sometimes funny haha decks irl player, I was SO lost on the first turn from Matt 😂😂

Thank you again Ed and Matt! Hope to see you again soon. =)
