Everyone always assumed they don't like the light because Mark says only travel during the day. I'm surprised people don't get the fact that if its dark you can't see as well

The boy saying "I hate you" was actually mentioned in the directors commentary. All of the vocalizations for the infected are sound effects from processed human speech. In this instance, it was actually a mistake that a particular discernible string of words made it through processing and Boyle himself has confirmed it so it was just a mistake that passed

the look after she said bats lol

The best zombies movie ever

Sweet bro, this is an absolute classic 🔥

This is such a perfect zombie movie. No build-up to the infection Jim is just dropped right into it. We see him very hesitant and scared at first and then just see him rampage in this new dog-eat-dog world at the end. Zombies were TERRIFYING and did a good job of having humans be the enemy without them being too dumb and greedy.

Lets go💪🏼 Your horror reactions is so🔥

The pills Selena was giving to Hannah were Valium (aka diazepam), it's an anti-anxiety medication and sometimes abused by victims of PTSD (particularly SA--remember Daisy from the movie Girl, Interrupted? she took them). When Jim asks Selena how she managed to go to sleep and she gives it to him early on, he says "Oh, great, Valium. Not only will we be able to get to sleep, but if we're attacked in the middle of the night, we won't even care" and Selena confirms this by telling Hannah "I'm making you not care" after she asks "are you trying to kill me?". I've been prescribed it before during eye surgeries and yeah, they're definitely chill pills.

(At 49:00) He got assaulted in the head, with a crowbar. You're NOT getting back up from THAT if you're hit in the temple (the side of your head).

From what I understand (from what the director and creator of the saga himself said), they're not zombies, but infected.
As they say at the beginning, it's the rabies virus, not a new or unknown one, and since it's rabies, all it does is turn people into angry beings; but not the living dead.
That's also why, in the next installment, they mention X details about the infected themselves, and also about X things in the latest and newest installment of the saga.

Still, it was a great reaction to one of the best movies about the zombie genre (which we know includes more complex or diverse things, not specifically the undead).

Really Glad to see this reaction. Can't wait for u all to react to 28 weeks later too

Ayyyyeeee! Shane! Wow I was wondering were you went! I'm glad I found your channel! And your doing reactions with your kids which I had no idea you had! This is awesome! 👍🏾💯

Yes! Show the kids more classic horror and action flicks.

The sequel 28 Weeks Later is well worth seeing, I just saw the 3rd movie and enjoyed that too

5:44 The shot you are talking about is The Mall and you can see Buckingham Palace in the distance.

33:50 "qualified as a chemist" means a pharmacist in England. They call them Chemists instead of Pharmacists. So Selina is a pharmacists and has all those pills because she raided her job when all the mess went down. Hope that helps clear it up. 😁

The army guys didn't devolve, they were always like that. The movie is just showcasing what the world would be like without strict rules or government. There are some truly horrible people in the world.

You guys should watch Sunshine! Also stars Cilliian Murphy, same director, same writer, and same musical composer. The last time garland and boyle worked together. Great build up to 28 years later.

The guy on the left is soo adorable 🥹
