During Thursday’s hearing, convicted killer Tomasz Kosowski presented two motions on his own before sentencing. One asked for the return of personal property seized during searches, while the other sought records of communications between his former defense attorney and prosecutors. The former plastic surgeon accused the prosecutor of interfering with his relationship with his attorney and yelled, “Why didn’t you just shut the hell up?” Both motions were denied. Kosowski was convicted of killing lawyer Steven Cozzi.
