What is up run fans, today we're at Worthing parkrun. I've got a long run to do and so I'm running across to the start for 9km, running parkrun and then back 9km. A hard workout for sure, but good for training!

I was lucky enough to bump into Stephen from ‪@FilmMyRun‬ who is an absolute legend, and also rapid, so instantly had a target to try and get close to him by the finish!
