The one thing I keep telling my parents and never regret was this - thayavu senju thyaagam pandren nu ungala pathukaama, perusa yedhachu iluthu vachutu, hospital la nikka vachudhaathinga! It might hurt them. But this made them change a lot in taking care of themselves!
This is the video today I want. You just rewired my brain now...Before marriage i loved my self and did all things by myself and self care. After marriage I forgot about my self and i quit my job, taking care of house and kid. Totally i forgeten my identity 😢and got lot of health issues.. You inspired me.Will restart my old self.
Out of no where this video popped up and Dr you dont know how much it needed for me at this point in hr... Thank you so so much.. I will save this video and play it whenever i needed.. Bcz in the name of sacrifice we do, we also end up sympathizing ourself and end up in a fight. Thank you so much for opening my eyes and shouting out... yes it was much needed....🙏🙏🙏
Very true.. Very needed words for all women.. My mom used to vilundhu vilundhu kavanichify all relatives... and take care of them very well.. But she forget to take care of herselves and her body.. And oorukellam utkaravachu soru potanga.. Inaiku ennaku soru podu aal illa.. I lost my mom.. She passed away recently and its still hurting..
