I love using napkins! I have made fabric paper before, which consist of using a wet medium to apply napkin, tissue paper, etc. to fabric. I love that too, but I wanted to see if just using stick glue would work. I was pleasantly surprised! I hope you will like this process too. Thank you for watching!

Have you tried using very weak tea instead of water when you waterbrush the napkin pieces? The tea won’t be any more destructive than the water, but the paper will be tea-stained.

I love this idea! I'm working on a first anniversary gift project for a friend, that matches her burlap & lace wedding decor. I think I'll try this technique to bring her turquoise wedding colors into the lace!

If you use diluted PVA glue or clear glue you can add a drop of colour to your glue using ink, paint or tea or coffee before you start your project

Great fun idea! Never thought about this, but excited to try it! Thank goodness for you creative YouTube artists—always coming up with new stuff! I’m going to try gluing the napkin on un-dyed fabric, then dab tea on the whole thing after to dye it and blend it in. ❤
